3. PRODUCTS & SERVICES
• All products sold through designbydesigner.com are online-exclusive and made available only through this platform.
• Quantities may be limited, and we reserve the right to discontinue any item at any time.
• Custom pieces, one-of-one (1-of-1) designs, limited edition items, and promotional products are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstance.

4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION
• All orders placed through our Site are subject to acceptance and availability.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if payment cannot be verified, fraud is suspected, or product information was inaccurate.
• Once an order has entered processing or production, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Preorders and made-to-order items are final sale and non-refundable once submitted.

5. PAYMENT & BILLING
• You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.
• By submitting an order, you authorize Design by Designer (and our third-party payment processors) to charge the total amount to your selected payment method.
• We are not responsible for any additional bank fees, overdrafts, or declined transactions.
• All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or other approved third-party gateways.
• We do not store or have direct access to your credit card details.
Chargebacks & Disputes:
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting designbydesigner12@gmail.com to resolve an issue constitutes fraud.
We reserve the right to pursue the matter through collection agencies and/or legal action.
All purchases are recorded digitally as proof of consent and delivery.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
By purchasing through our online store, you agree to our Shipping Policy.
• Once tracking shows an order as “delivered,” Design by Designer is not liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
• We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs holds, or address errors entered by the customer.
• You must ensure your shipping information is complete and accurate before checkout.
• Any reshipments caused by incorrect addresses will incur additional shipping costs.

7. RETURNS & STORE CREDIT
All returns, exchanges, and credits are governed by our Return Policy.
• No cash refunds. Store credit only is issued for eligible returns.
• Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact within 7 calendar days of delivery.
• Returns sent without authorization or outside the 7-day window will be refused.
• Custom, 1-of-1, limited edition, and promotional items are final sale.
• Any removed, altered, or missing tags immediately void eligibility for return or credit.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All site content—including logos, graphics, artwork, designs, photos, product names, and written content—belongs exclusively to Design by Designer LLC.
