1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed and fulfilled exclusively online through designbydesigner.com.
• Processing time is typically 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• During high-volume releases, limited drops, or promotional events, processing may take up to 7–10 business days.
• Processing time is separate from shipping time.
We begin preparing your order immediately upon confirmation, which means once processing begins, no changes, edits, or cancellations can be made.

2. SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES
• Domestic Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days after processing.
• International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
• Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on postal delays, weather, or carrier issues.
Design by Designer is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other external factors beyond our control.

3. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after dispatch.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor their tracking and ensure receipt of their package upon delivery.

4. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are fully responsible for entering correct and complete shipping information at checkout.
• Orders shipped to the wrong address due to incorrect input by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
• Once a package has been shipped, we cannot reroute or modify the address.
• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer must pay a new shipping fee for re-delivery.
Please double-check your address before completing checkout.

5. LOST, STOLEN, OR MISSING PACKAGES
Once an order has been marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Design by Designer is no longer responsible for the package.
We do not issue refunds or replacements for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after confirmed delivery.
If your package appears lost or stolen:
1. Confirm your shipping address was entered correctly.
2. Check with neighbors or your local post office.
3. File a claim directly with the shipping carrier using your tracking number.
Customers assume all responsibility once the order is scanned as delivered.

6. PREORDERS, CUSTOM, AND 1-OF-1 PIECES
• Preorder, made-to-order, custom, and 1-of-1 pieces require extended processing and production time.
• Estimated timeframes will be listed on the product page or communicated via email.
• These items are final sale and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged once production begins.

7. MULTIPLE ITEMS / SPLIT SHIPMENTS
If you order multiple items, some may ship separately depending on availability, production time, or fulfillment location.
Tracking information will be provided for each shipment when applicable.

8. UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED PACKAGES
Packages that are refused, unclaimed, or returned due to incorrect addresses will not be refunded.
The customer is responsible for reshipment fees if the package is returned to us.
Repeated delivery failures may result in account suspension or refusal of future orders.

9. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
• International customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and taxes applied by their local government.
• These charges are not included in your purchase price and must be paid upon delivery.
• We are not responsible for delays or holds at customs.
• All international orders are final sale.

10. DELIVERY ISSUES & CLAIMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact designbydesigner12@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number, and
• Clear photos showing the issue.
Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.
Once verified, we will review replacement or credit options on a case-by-case basis.

11. SHIPPING CARRIERS
We currently ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on location and order type.
Carrier selection is made automatically based on best available service.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Design by Designer is not responsible for:
• Delays caused by carriers or customs,
• Packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, or
• Errors caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Our liability is limited strictly to the value of the product purchased, and no other compensation will be offered.
