Refund policy

At Design by Designer, all items are inspected for quality and accuracy before being shipped. Because of the exclusivity and craftsmanship of our products, we maintain a strict return and exchange policy designed to protect both the brand and our customers.
1. Eligibility for Return
• You have 7 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date to request a return.
• Returns are accepted only for store credit — no cash, debit, or credit refunds will be issued under any circumstance.
• To be eligible, the product must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and free from odors, stains, or damage.
• Returned in its original packaging, with all original tags, labels, and accessories still attached and intact.
• Returned in the same condition as received.
• If any labels, tags, or packaging are missing, altered, or removed, the return will be automatically denied — no exceptions.
2. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
The following items are strictly final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstance:
• Custom designs
• One-of-one (1-of-1) pieces
• Limited edition or exclusive releases
• Promotional or discounted items
• Gift cards
• Accessories and undergarments
Once a final sale item is purchased, the sale is complete and non-reversible.
3. Return Process
1. To initiate a return, contact designbydesigner12@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the item in its original condition
2. If approved, you will receive detailed instructions and a return shipping address.
3. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
4. Returns sent without prior authorization or outside the 7-day window will be refused and sent back at the customer’s expense.
4. Store Credit
• Once your return is approved and inspected, store credit will be issued within 5–10 business days via email.
• Store credit never expires and may be applied to future purchases.
• Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
• If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Claims made after 48 hours will not be accepted.
• Once verified, Design by Designer will cover replacement or repair costs as appropriate.
6. Refused Deliveries
If a package is refused, undeliverable, or returned due to incorrect address entry, the customer is responsible for re-shipment fees. No refunds will be issued for refused or undeliverable packages.
7. Right to Deny Returns
Design by Designer reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet the above conditions.
All determinations made by Design by Designer are final.
